How do I purchase materials?
You have two options: On-line and in store. On-line is the best method as all transactions are conducted electronically and we send you the product tracking number so that you may track the package. In store pick is also available, however, we encourage you to give us a call ahead of your arrival so that we can ensure there is someone available to help you with your purchase.
What are the policies in regards to refunds and exchange?
If you are unhappy with our product we will gladly refund you the purchase price upon receiving the materials back at our warehouse. However, the product needs to be in its original packaging and returned with 30 days of purchase.
In case an exchange is needed we will be more than happy to accommodate that for you, however, shipping cost for sending the material back to us and shipping cost associated with us sending the exchange material will need to be paid by you. The only exception would be if there is an error that occurred on our part, in which case we will bare the total shipping cost.
How can I pay for my purchase?
If you purchase on line you are more than welcome to use your credit card or send us an e-transfer for the goods purchased. If the purchase is being in store, payment can be done via Interac debit, credit card or cash.
Do I pay upon placing order or when I receive the order?
We will require payment upon placing order before we are able to process the order for shipment.
I do not see a shipping charge when ordering furniture?
Because of the volume on furniture items it is difficult for us to quote shipping without knowing the actual pieces of the material. As such, once we receive your order we will look for the best shipping quote and get back to you. Once you are satisfied with the shipping quote and upon receiving payment information, we will process the order.
Is there a lead time required for furniture materials?
Yes, unfortunately we do not warehouse furniture items due to space requirements and ships directly from the manufacturer. Therefore there is a lead time required in order for the material to be ready, packaged and shipped out. Back to school is the busiest period and lead time can exceed 6 to 8 weeks during this time.
What do I do if I do not see an item that I am looking for?
In case if you are not able to find the item you are looking for or have any inquiries we encourage you to call us at (905) 239-2585 and we will be happy to assist you with your find.
